The key departments of the company are: Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Marketing Department and the Logistics Department.

The sales department is sustained by a team of 35 people dedicated and client oriented people, having a special conceived structure in order to have a coherent distribution. The sales team is made up by the sales manager, ASM, sales agents, merchandisers, sales support and so it is well designed to cover all our clients’ needs. The quality of our services-focusing on details, the merchandising and maintenance of the shelves and the compliance of the deadlines and of the supply terms are the advantages which recommend us. The balance between the careful selections of the supplied products combined with the services offered, led us into the top 10 suppliers for our clients. We invest in our people in order to share and pass on the Apollo values which are seriousness, perseverance and the wish to develop on moral and trustful principles.

The purchasing department is made up by a team of 5 buyers coordinated by a sales manager and it is the department which monitories the market trends, identifies the needs and supplies the best solutions for our clients’ satisfaction. Abilities like communication, perseverance or fairness have had a directly result in the development of strong partnerships with our suppliers and customers as well as in the satisfaction of the clients.

The marketing department is made up of a marketing manager and a brand manager and it successfully completes the actions of the sales and purchasing departments: it monitories the competition and analyses the market, it develops and creates new products. The activity is focused on our brands from out portfolio-to create and transmit an image correctly to our final consumer. Last but not least, the marketing department works closely with all our partners in order to have a unitary and beneficial communication.

The logistics department coordinates the supply-management-delivery system guaranteeing the delivery of the orders in the best time. The delivery is sustained by our own cars or by a fast courier in Bucharest as well as in the rest of the country. The department’s internal structure is supported by a Logistics Director followed by 2 deposit chiefs and approximately 20 workers. We are recommended by our 8 years of experience working with our clients, by the efficient organization and by the constant adaptability to our clients’ needs.
